ramblings from an internet wolf

inevitability (freedom, and my shame)

i felt this pain long before it pierced my flesh.

i held onto my chest tightly, protecting the point where it'd hurt, hoping to stop the bloodflow before it even started.

but its gushing between my teeth now.

blood and guts and everything i was given.

in retching movements its escaping my lips and spilling down my chest, right where i'd tried to stop it.

heaving and gagging as my gore lodges itself into every crevice of my mouth.

it wont wash out, not what you left, not what i contained.

the fault is my own, not by your knife, not by what i knew was coming.

once it stops hurting, i'll shove this useless oozing carrion back down my throat, stand up, and find another blade to die upon.
