ramblings from an internet wolf

actors

you should know that this insolence hasn’t faded. i still feel it every time you preform in your stupid play. youve handed me the rope for curtain call. but youre holding the barrel thats aimed at my temple.

everytime you dance with her i want to do it. everytime the crowd cheers i want to do it. i want to pull the rope. as soon as i do, as soon as i stand on the stage you will pull the trigger. you will open the curtains and dance over my corpse, only guilty when my bones crack beneath your step.

because it never truly ends for you. and my temptation never ceases. ”encore!” they shout. they want to see you dance again. while twisting each others ankles you continue to dance. i remain backstage, a forgotten act of an old theatrical dance we once cherished.

wailing and begging to you as you exit the stage, you ignore my agony. you made a mistake, the next showing is delayed. you converse together, adjusting the choreography to best please the audience, to keep eachother happy.

back onstage. entwined in your falsehoods. i know i can end it. all it takes is one movement, my one and only chance to cease my aching mind.

but i dont want to be your victim.

you won’t forgive my corpses futile attempts.

you did this to build upon your lies.

just burn the theater.
